CCD Properties offers a commercial development consultancy for local authorities to create income funds from property assets.

Strategic Asset Management – Established in 2014 we work closely with local authorities to help deliver development and long-term income. In our development model the council retains assets and economic benefits rather than release them to the private sector.

The majority of CCD’s development projects are based on off-market opportunities that have been identified by the team or have been created using commercial acumen combined with innovative design solutions. Identifying early stage potential investment and development opportunities is one of the things that sets CCD apart from its competitors. Our methodology is a carefully “risk managed” approach that is design and occupationally led and our ethos is focused around economics, people and places.
